Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay by cash on the day or by cheque prior to your booking.

Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
A: No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A: Where possible bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. For bookings within 24 hours please call us to confirm availability.
For airport transfers we recommend booking as soon as you have comfirmed your travel plans.

Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes we provide a 24 hour service.

Q: Do you charge a higher price for unsocialable hours?
A: No, we charge the same prices 24 hours a day.


Q: Can I get a booking confirmation?
A: We can supply either email and/or paper confirmations. Please confirm your preferences at the time of booking.

Q: What is your cancellations policy?
A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. Our cancellation policy is 50% if cancellation is within 24 hours.
