"We have used Niki several times to take us to various airports and have always received excellent service and would recommend them without hesitation. This time Niki turned into a hero, we went to Heathrow on Wednesday for overnight stay to fly early to Barcelona to join cruise. Got to Barcelona 10.30am boarded ship at 7.00pm and during dinner the Captain announced Spanish Gov. had banned all cruise ships and all newly boarded passengers were to pack and leave ship. We contacted Niki advised him of our predicament that hopefully we would be flying back next day. Later advised him we had flights back to Gatwick and luckily he was available to collect us, we were delighted to see a friendly face awaiting us after the ordeal and disappointment we had suffered. "I have used Bax-Car Chauffeur Service on several occasions both for critical work transfers to railway stations and airports and also for personal holiday transfers to airports.
The essence of their service is a very professional approach to private hire. The vehicles are always spotlessly clean and fresh. They are also well maintained and reliable. The drivers are friendly, courteous and turned out like chauffeurs. The service is big on communication via text and e-mail confirming what you have relayed as your requirements from a single telephone call.
Once you have used them once or twice you will share the same faith that I have that you know they will turn up at the required time and place and will get you to your required destination with time to spare but not via loony driving. Similarly at the end of a trip you have complete and total confidence that they will be waiting for you at the airport or train station to take you back home. Believe me the removal of stress at the beginning and the end of a journey is very worthwhile, particularly a critical business trip or a long awaited holiday.
In my experience their rates are similar to other local taxi firms but the standard of service is in a league of it's own. Once you have used them you will only use other taxi firms in desperation not by choice."

"We recently flew from Canada to the UK to visit friends and pick up a puppy, and had the opportunity to use Bax-Car Chauffuer Service on two occasions: initially from East Midlands Airport to Matlock, Derbyshire, and a few days later from Matlock to Heathrow Airport."
All arrangements were made with Bax-Car in advance by e-mail and by phone from Canada. Our inquiries were answered promptly and courteously, and service in the UK was outstanding. When we arrived at East Midlands Airport, our driver (as it happened, Niki Baxter) was there waiting for us and kindly made a stop en route so we could pick up a bottle of wine to take to our friends in Matlock.
We were there to pick up an 8-week old puppy and used Bax-Car to transport us down to Heathrow, puppy in a crate, swiftly, safely, and comfortably. On both occasions, Bax-Car vehicles were spotlessly clean, the ride smooth, and the driver polite and professional. It was a hassle-free and enjoyable way to get around without the stress of driving, the waiting and transfers of buses and trains, and the unpredictable nature of taxis. Conscious of our concern to get to Heathrow quickly and with plenty of time to go through check-in and security with the puppy, our driver was thoughtful enough to take an alternate route when traffic heading to London slowed to a halt.
Bax-Car made what could have been a nerve-racking trip most enjoyable. We were so impressed that we were tempted to name our new puppy Baxter! We recommend Bax-Car Private Hire Services highly and without the slightest hesitation.
